Zero environmental impact with Valmont new colour plant.

Valmont Colours is our new power-coating plant, built in 2008 at our Valmont Sermeto (France) facility. The new plant is a prime example of Valmont ‘conserving resources’ and was designed to have zero environmental impact.

Valmont Colours releases zero gas reject into the atmosphere thanks to the recuperation of evaporation droplets which are re-injected in the STT (Surface Treatment Tunnel), which operates in a closed circuit.

Valmont Colours is zero water reject into the environment through its recycling and filtration system of wastewater which is reintroduced into the STT circuit.

Valmont Colours is zero reject of polyester powder into the environment thanks to the use of a suction cyclone which recovers the extra powder.

Valmont Colours is daily inspected and controlled.

Valmont Colours it’s also about the recyclable packaging of our products in order to continue our ecological approach outside our walls.

Valmont Colours, finally, is the result of our Quality & Environmental efforts which are mandatory in any of the Valmont’s production unit.
