The Place de Jaude lighting project was very unique.
The site location, Clermont-Ferrand, is in the heart of France's volcanic terrain.

The architect wanted to compliment the city's terrain by employing lighting simulating an erupting lava lake. We worked closely with the architect and lighting designer to design and produce a structural 18m high twisted mast dressing a Korten steel base.

THE RESULT

Seven impressive lighting structures, emulating flames with curls of smoke jetting into the skyline.
