Powder coat is the current first quality painting process. Achieved in factory, it offers homogeneity and repeatability of the color in addition to a longer lifespan. Polyester powder is selected for its durability under outdoor condition. Preparation of the surface and baking are critical to achieve a first quality of finishing. Our brand new Valmont Color factory doesn’t have any environmental impact.
