Anodizing %26 Spectro-coloring

The aluminum is naturally covered by a protective layer of alumina. Realized in an electrolytic bath, the anodization transforms this layer in hard alumina crystals and incorporates organic or metallic color pigments.
Spectro-coloring is a similar process but allows without additional pigment to color-up the surface by sculpting, sizing and orienting the crystals.
Both treatments reinforce the metallic aspect of the brushed aluminum poles and provide an additional protection for the aluminum against the corrosion.

Principle phases

  • Anodic oxidation.
  • Anodizing : Coloration.
  • Spectro-coloring : Modification of the alumina crystals
  • Sealing of the layer.

Quality

Anodizing: 20 microns mini. - EURAS EWAA certified process.
Spectro-coloring: 15 microns mini.

Upkeep

We advise to wash the poles once a year.
